Points allocation:

Overall Points System

· All teams will earn points for each race.

· Points will be awarded according to the team’s overall position for each race. Teams will be awarded points in reverse order of finishing, ie 1 point for the last team, 2 for the second to last, 3 for 3rd to last and so on through all teams.

· Points won by each team over the 3 race series will be added together to give an overall series points score.

· For the team time trial, all teams will be competing against each other. So, if there are 35 teams racing the fastest team will get 35 points.

· The team time trial results will be based on the finishing time of the third rider for each team.

· For the graded mass start races, points will be based on the number of teams in each grade. For example, if there are 10 teams in A grade the winning A grade team will receive 10 points.

· The organisers will grade the teams after the team time trial, and their decision on grading will be final.

Graded Races Points System

· The ranking of teams in each grade in the mass start races will be determined by the following points system.

· For the Points Race, the first 5 riders on the nominated sprint laps will receive points from 10 points for 1st, then 8, 6, 4 and 2 points for 5th. All riders will receive points based on their position across the line at the finish (with the first rider receiving maximum points and the last rider receiving 1 point).

· For the Scratch Race, all riders will receive points based on their position across the line at the finish (with the first rider receiving maximum points and the last rider receiving 1 point).

· The points won by each team member will be added together to give an overall race score for the team. The team with the lowest number of total points for each grade
