To Enter ACCC Events
Distance: 16 Km

Venue: Tamaki Drive (8 Km out and back)


Registration: from 6:20am onwards in the carpark outside Mikano Restaurant, Mechanics Bay.

Start: First rider away at 7am
All other riders following at 30 second intervals.

Enter online from the homepage of our web site www.aucklandcentralcycling.org.nz , this will book your a slot in the start order, which we will publish on the web site.  

Just go to the "Pay Event/Club Registration Online" box at the top of the page and use the "Click Here" button.

Entry fee: $5

If you have a timing tag remember to bring this with you.  If you don't yet have a new timing tag (or have yet to pay for one) please bring $30 with you to cover the cost of the tag, which you then retain for use in future time trials.  Or go online to "Pay Event/Club Registration" from the home page and purchase a timing tag (this also includes Associate Membership of Auckland Central Cycling Club) - and also enter the time trial each week from the same area of the web site.

The time trials will be on each and every Saturday morning.
  • Field limited to 60 riders, accepted on a first come first served basis, with priority to the first 60 to have reserved a timing tag.

  • First rider away at 7am, starting and finishing at Mechanics Bay.
  • Before starting please congregate on the footpath and as your turn to start approaches please stay well to the left of the roadin the start line up sequence.
  • All riders are to proceed around the turn around cone at  Vale Road  end, and be aware of other cyclists and oncoming traffic.
  • Every effort will be made to make all traffic  and non competitive cyclists aware of approaching Time Trial riders at the turn around point.
  • You must obey the road rules and, in particular, must stay to the left of the centre line and stop at red traffic lights.
  • Late entries can register and pay the $5 entry fee from around 6:20am outside Mikano Restaurant at Mechanics Bay (if the online entries received are less than 60 riders)
  • We will endeavour to periodically post up the starting order on the web site as entries are received.
  • After the event we will advise all riders by email (as long as we have your email address) of the results once they are finalised.
